Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds on ticket sales.

Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

VenueTix does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of the information furnished in connection with the products and services described herein. VenueTix shall not be responsible for or have any liability for any injuries or damages caused by errors, inaccuracies, omissions or any other failure with respect to the products and services described herein, from whatever cause. To the extent permitted by law, it is agreed that the liability of VenueTix hereunder for damages, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the fees paid by the ticket purchaser for the event that is the subject of the complaint therein and that this shall be ticket purchaser’s exclusive remedy. VenueTix shall not be liable for any default resulting from force majeure, which shall be deemed to include any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party or parties affected. No action, regardless of form, arising out of or pertaining to the purchase of tickets herein may be brought by the ticket purchaser more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. VenueTix shall not be liable for any claim or demand against the ticket purchaser by a third party.

Each event venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold VenueTix harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements.
